Terms & Conditions for Online Payments

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online payment facility available on this website. By proceeding with a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the policies of our licensed payment gateway service provider.

2. Legal Framework

This payment system complies with the Retail Payment Services and Card Schemes Regulation (RPSCS Regulation) issued by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) and the Federal Decree No. 14 of 2023 governing digital transactions in the UAE.

3. Payment Processing

  • All online payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway service provider.

  • You authorize ATAF Consulting and the payment gateway to process transactions using the information provided.

  • All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

  • A payment confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of the transaction.

4. Security & Data Protection

  • This website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data.

  • The payment gateway provider is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring secure card data handling.

  • ATAF Consulting does not store or retain any customer card details on its servers.

5. Service Commitment & Lock-in Period

By completing a payment and signing the associated service agreement, the customer acknowledges:

  • A 12-month lock-in service period, starting from the date of agreement.

  • Early termination is not permitted unless mutually agreed in writing and subject to any applicable exit charges.

  • After the 12-month term, services shall auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis unless written cancellation notice is submitted 30 days prior to renewal.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If an amount is deducted but the payment is not processed successfully, the refund will be initiated by the payment gateway as per its internal policy.

  • Customers may request a full refund within three (3) days of payment, provided the request is in writing and does not conflict with contractual commitments (including lock-in terms).

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

  • After the 3-day cancellation window, refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of ATAF Consulting.

  • No modifications or cancellations are permitted once payment has been successfully processed unless otherwise stated.

7. User Responsibilities

By making a payment, you confirm that:

  • The payment instrument (card, account, etc.) is legally yours or authorized for use.

  • All information provided is accurate and not fraudulent.

8. Limitation of Liability

ATAF Consulting is not responsible for:

  • Payment failures caused by system errors, network outages, third-party service issues, or force majeure events.

  • The policies, failures, or performance of the payment gateway provider.

9. Compliance with UAE Law

This platform operates in accordance with applicable UAE banking, financial, and digital contract regulations. Digital transactions conducted through this website are legally binding, and users may seek dispute resolution as permitted under UAE consumer protection laws.

10. Amendments

ATAF Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the payment facility indicates acceptance of any revisions.
